MageExt does not share any information you provide to any unauthorised 3rd party. We do not store any credit card details, which you submit to PayPal, our preferred 3rd party payment service provider, when you make your payment. Rest assured that your credit card details and personal information are protected when you make a purchase at MageExt.com. Unless it is something really important or a new extension update is available or if you have signed up for MageExt newsletter, we will not contact you for no reason.

Pricing & Payment

The prices for each extension product are available on the respective extension product pages.

All payments are handled by PayPal, our preferred payment service provider. We will not accept any liability for late delivery, especially if you did not provide us with accurate and complete payment details. If you did not provide us with an accurate email address in your order, it is impossible for us to deliver the extension product to you via email.

Order & Delivery

All extensions are delivered manually to the email address you provided in your order. Currently, we do not provide instant download. When you place an order, it will usually be processed and delivered within 24 hours on Monday – Friday ((before our lunch time). Orders from Friday lunch time till Sunday will usually be processed and delivered on the coming Monday. Delivery is not available on a holiday. We cannot deliver an order with incomplete or inaccurate payment details. Therefore, please provide complete and accurate order details to ensure a timely and smooth delivery. If you have any issue with the delivery or if you require technical support, please contact us via our online chat support at mageext.com or submit a ticket to us via support.mageext.com

Refund

We cannot provide any refund after an extension product has been delivered to you. To ensure that an extension on our website will work as you intended it to or to find out if an extension has a specific feature that is not mentioned on the extension product page, please contact us via our online chat support at mageext.com or submit a ticket to us via support.mageext.com prior to making a purchase. We will be more than willing to provide helpful advice for you to make an informed purchasing decision.

Technical Support & Upgrades

Technical support via support.mageext.com and email are provided to help you with any issue related to installation and configuring an extension for your particular Magento setup. Currently, we do not set any expiry date in providing technical support for all our extensions.

Please read the PDF guide(s) that is enclosed with the extension you purchased for important installation and configuration instructions before contacting technical support.

We cannot guarantee that our extensions will be compatible with all the other 3rd party Magento extensions and custom themes, which you may have installed or plan to install in the future.

No technical support will be provided to those who are using unauthorised versions of our extensions. We strongly discourage using unauthorised versions of our extensions.

Free extension updates are provided to all our customers upon request. We encourage our customers to sign up for MageExt newsletter to find out about our latest updates, tips for using our extensions and promotional offers.

A fee will be charged if you require us to troubleshoot for any issue that is totally unrelated to an extension you purchased from us.

Bug Report

Our extensions have been extensively tested prior to release. If you happen to find a bug that is related to any of our extensions, please open a ticket via support.mageext.com to report the bug, so that we can investigate and get it resolved for the next extension update.

We do not fix bugs for other 3rd party extensions or 3rd party custom themes.

Extension Customisation & Development

If you need us to customise an extension or develop a new extension for your specific requirements, please contact us via our online chat system on our website or via support.mageext.com with your specific requirements.

Licensing

The code in our commercial extensions are protected with ionCube technology to prevent any unauthorised use of our extensions. Templates and supported locale files (if any) can be easily modified.

Most web hosting providers will have ionCube support. If your web hosting provider does not have ionCube loader installed, you may install it using the ionCube loader wizard provided together with the extension you purchased. Or you could ask your friendly web hosting provider to help you with the installation. It is recommended to install the latest ionCube loader for smooth operation of our extensions. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our extensions are provided “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, shall the Licensor (MageExt and/or its partners) be liable to anyone for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or the use of any extension on MageExt.com including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
